A Professional: Does your own notion differ from mine?
A professional is one whose expertise in a given venture is rated far above the average. More so, efficient and reliable are the qualities that are associated with a professional. It is becoming even more obvious to me that the personality of a professional is continually eluding many of us in the areas we call our own. Many times, i have come across people who claim to be professionals but whose very own actions leave people depressed and frustrated everywhere they go. I have fallen victim a number of times and i am almost certain that at one time or another, we all have. Those of us who are accustomed to meeting and dealing with handymen, managers and others who are best known to engage in 'trial and error practices' on a day to day basis, can rightly agree that professionals are hard to find, especially in a society where people follow the money trail.
